Broth can be used in many different ways. You can add it literally to every soup, stew, goulash, sauces or drink it just like that with a pinch of salt and a splash of soy sauce or maggi. 

My broth is made on meat bones and I use a mix of chicken and pork bones. It is my winter favourite because it's so versatile and freezes really well if you don't use all of it at once. As well as bones, I add vegetables, spices and herbs.

The nutritional value of meat broth comes mainly from the bones, ie. magnesium, potassium, calcium, and vegetables in a slow cooking process. Not mentioning the marrow and gelatine which is good for our digestive system and the skin.
