These are French style fresh sausages with lamb being the main ingredient. We add a little pork fat to make them nice and juicy. Originally Merguez sausages are spicy but the spice is not supposed to overpower the delicious meat so our blend of paprika and chillis gives this sausage a little kick at the end.
The best way to eat them is to fry in the pan for breakfast and in a freshly baked baguette.
