This Eastern European classic is made with two different filling - please choose your favourite from the dropdown menu (or try both!)
Our pierogi are already cooked so you know you are getting the freshest product possible and all you need to do is just to reheat them with a drop of butter or vegetable oil. You can also freeze them like this and reheat later and they will not lose their wonderful taste.
1. Potato and cheese I use curd cheese, fresh potatoes, toasted and fresh onion and a pinch of nutmeg. They come already cooked so you just need to fry them in the frying pan with a little bit of butter (10 pierogi per pack).
2. Sauerkraut and mushrooms. The most popular in Eastern Europe. The sauerkraut is full of antioxidants and I use dry mix of wild mushrooms which are full of flavour. These are fully vegan and you can replace frying in butter for vegetable oil (10 pierogi per pack)
We use high grade flour and don’t use eggs in our pierogi.
