At The Polish Sausage Company, we're more than just a factory — we're a family-run artisan smokehouse dedicated to preserving the rich culinary traditions of Poland and Eastern Europe.

Born from a passion for authentic food and old-world craftsmanship, our company brings you the real taste of Poland with every bite. From our handcrafted smoked sausages and traditional pierogi to hearty meals in a jar and house-fermented sauerkraut, everything we make is prepared with care, patience, and a deep respect for our heritage.

We use only the finest ingredients — 100% New Zealand meat (and imported meat where the recipe calls for it), traditional spices, and natural casings — and we smoke our sausages the old-fashioned way: slowly, over wood chips, for that unmistakable depth of flavour.

Whether you're stopping by our Lyall Bay Factory Shop, sampling our signature grilled kielbasa from “The Hussar" at an event, or joining one of our hands-on cooking classes, we invite you to experience the comfort, warmth, and authenticity of Polish hospitality.
