My name is Anna Janiec, I was born in Poland but I’ve lived in New Zealand for 20 years. I have been cooking since I was a little girl. My speciality are artisan smoked sausages. I prepare them using the best possible ingredients and I design my recipes. I often take my ideas from classics and add a little twist. Whether it's a traditional Polish smoked Kielbasa, German Bratwurst or Hungarian Csabai, it takes time to produce a great sausage but only seconds to eat one!
