My speciality are artisan smoked sausages. I prepare them using the best possible ingredients and I design my recipes. I often take my ideas from classics and add a little twist. Whether it's a traditional Polish smoked Kielbasa, German Bratwurst or Hungarian Csabai, it takes time to produce a great sausage but only seconds to eat one!
