Shipping

We offer the following shipping, delivery, and pickup options:

1. Factory Shop Pickup
Collect your order from our Factory Shop on Thursdays and Saturdays.

2. Local Delivery – Wellington, Kāpiti & Hutt Valley
Deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

3. Nationwide Shipping (no rural)
We ship around New Zealand excluding rural addresses.
Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays.

FOR ALL NZ WIDE SHIPPING: please talk to the courier company and instruct your local courier where to leave the parcel if you are not home. This is important especially during summer so your parcel is not left in the heat. Put a chilly bin outside if possible. Couriers cannot give specific delivery time but they will do their best. Your tracking number will be sent to you when the parcel is ready to ship. (we cannot take responsibility for local courier deliveries in your region so please call them and make arrangements). 

National NZ - urban courier deliveries are usually overnight. We use NZPost courier services which from time to time experience delays. To avoid spoilage, we package our products so that they keep fresh. During the summer months, we ask you to put the chilly bin out and contact your local courier with delivery instructions. All shipments leave Wellington on Mondays and Tuesdays. Flat shipping rate $18.

We no longer ship to the rural addresses due to high courier costs, a high percentage of undelivered or damaged parcels, and the fact that NZ courier companies are unwilling to insure perishable goods such as ours.
