Kabanos Snack Board (5-Minute Charcuterie)

Fantastic snack or a starter idea that goes ideal with beer, wine and cocktails

Ingredients

  • 200 g Kabanos Snack Sticks (mild or spicy)

  • 150 g aged cheddar or smoked gouda, cubed

  • Polish pickles (ogórki kiszone) or any other pickles you like

  • Rye bread or crackers

  • Wholegrain mustard & honey for dipping

Assembly

  1. Slice kabanos into halves for easy nibbling.

  2. Arrange all items on a large board or platter.

  3. Add ramekins of mustard & honey. Serve immediately.

Pro move: Add fresh apple slices or walnuts for texture and colour.
