Biała (white) kiełbasa is made of pork with addition of dried marjoram and garlic. Although, a traditional Easter staple, it is eaten in Poland all year round.
My favourite way to cook it is to fry the whole link in the frying pan. It is really good from the BBQ too. You can eat it with mashed spuds for dinner or in a traditional English breakfast. Really, really tasty. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
