Fantastic sausages to reheat on the BBQ. Full of flavour pork sausage with more fat content so it doesn’t dry out while cooking. It has paprika and some herbs and natural hog casing. No garlic in this sausage although traces of garlic may be found because we prepare all our products in the same kitchen. Not too spicy at all, just gives a little hit of heat. We smoke the griller in Manuka wood chips.
