Fantastic sausages to reheat on the BBQ. Full of flavour pork sausage with more fat content so it doesn’t dry out while cooking. It has garlic, paprika and some herbs and natural hog casing. Not spicy at all (if you’d like a spicy sausage for the BBQ, check our Gypsy sausages). We smoke the griller in Manuka wood chips.
