From the 'ready to eat' series, this is our delicious boeuf stroganow or as we know it in Poland beef strogonow.
We use the most delicious skirt steak and saute it with carrots and onions in its own juices with a drop of tomoato paste and a hint of chilli.
The serving size is just right for one meal and we usually serve it with mashed potatoes or Silesian potato dumplings or simply a slice of fresh sourdough bread.
To make this meal a little 'fancy', we top it with a handful of sauerkraut and a spoonful of sour cream. Yum.
