Our pierogi are frozen and uncooked so you know you are getting the freshest product possible and all you need to do is just to boil them in a pot and then fry with a drop of butter or vegetable oil. You can also freeze them like this and reheat later and they will not lose their wonderful taste.
1. Potato and cheese I use cheddar cheese, potatoes, fresh onion and a pinch of nutmeg.
We use high grade flour and don’t use eggs in our pierogi.
