Mastering making simple and tasty pierogi. Hands on, lots of fun, not too serious class. We make them, we cook them, we eat them and .... you take some home. We will be making two types of pierogi: meat and vegetarian. All products are supplied by us.
This purchase is for one person in the next class on the TBA, from 6pm-8pm and there are only 4 slots in each class.
What you will learn: how to make beautiful dough from scratch, what products to use, how to shape and cook pierogi, and some technical knowledge about different types of fillings.
You will take home pierogi that you make and a basic recipe to kick off your own pierogi making at home.
