This is a Polish version of precooked sausage or white pudding. It is made of pork with addition of garlic and dried marjoram. Although, a traditional Easter staple, it is eaten in Poland all year round.
My favourite way to cook it is to fry the whole link in the frying pan. It is really good on the BBQ too. You can eat it with mashed spuds for dinner or in a traditional English breakfast. Really, really tasty.
