This voucher is the perfect Christmas gift for someone who enjoys artisan food. We will be contacting everyone in the new year with dates so they can choose what suits them best.
This class is a hands-on learning experience for everyone who wants to make their own fresh sausages at home. There are only 4 spots in each class and they run for 2 hours plus half an hour for tasting and chatting.
You’ll learn:
- All about equipment and how to do it without accessorising too much
- Meat types for making sausages
- A little bit of food technology processes - the important stuff of sausage making
- How to cook and store
Take home:
- a little hand sausage stuffer to kick you off
- 1kg of fresh sausages (that you make)
- 1 meter of natural sausage casing for later
- a basic recipe
We will be making fresh pork sausages using a basic recipe which you can add to later on at home.
