Polish BBQ Platter – “Kiełbasa na Grilla”

4 Smoked Griller Kielbasa (about 1/2 kilo)

4 Cheese-Filled Jalapeño Kransky (for a Kiwi kick)

1 pack Kabanosy for snacking

Sliced red onion, bell pepper & courgette

Olive oil, salt, pepper

Horseradish Mustard & Plum Ketchup (dipping)
Method

Pre-heat grill to medium-high. Toss veggies in oil, salt, pepper.

Grill sausages 10–12 min, turning until charred & hot through.

Grill veg 4–5 min each side. Warm kabanos on coolest grill edge.

Slice sausages on diagonal, arrange on platter with veg & dips.
Serving idea: Offer warm pretzel buns so guests can build their own.
