Polish BBQ Platter – “Kiełbasa na Grilla”

Ingredients

  • 4 Smoked Griller Kielbasa (about 1/2 kilo)

  • Cheese-Filled Jalapeño Kransky (for a Kiwi kick)

  • 1 pack Kabanosy for snacking

  • Sliced red onion, bell pepper & courgette

  • Olive oil, salt, pepper

  • Horseradish Mustard & Plum Ketchup (dipping)

Method

  1. Pre-heat grill to medium-high. Toss veggies in oil, salt, pepper.

  2. Grill sausages 10–12 min, turning until charred & hot through.

  3. Grill veg 4–5 min each side. Warm kabanos on coolest grill edge.

  4. Slice sausages on diagonal, arrange on platter with veg & dips.

Serving idea: Offer warm pretzel buns so guests can build their own.
