
From the 'ready to eat' series, this is our smoked pork sausage goulash.
We use our own smoked sausages and stew them with carrots and onions in a smooth tomato gravy with a hint of chilli.
The serving size is just right for one meal and we usually serve it with mashed potatoes or Silesian potato dumplings or simply a slice of fresh sourdough bread.
To make this meal a little 'fancy', we top it with a handful of sauerkraut and a spoonful of sour cream. Yum.
