
From the 'ready to eat' series, this is our smoked pork sausage goulash.
We use our own smoked sausages and stew them with carrots and onions in a smooth tomato gravy with a hint of chilli.
The serving size is just right for a couple of meals and we usually serve it with Silesian potato dumplings (https://thepolishsausagecompany.co.nz/products/silesian-dumplings-kluski-slaskie)
To make this meal a little 'fancy', you can top it with a handful of sauerkraut and a spoonful of sour cream. Yum.
